Shipping 

Printing & Shipping takes on average 5-8 business days.

Christmas Holiday Shipping, may have delays due to the volume of orders.

To Guarantee Christmas arrival, ALL ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 10th.

 

Printing

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques.

More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

 

Shipping

Shipping varies based on your location, but on average our shipping takes roughly 2-5 business days within Continental USA, once your item is printed.

Returns

At Wowza Wear, we value quality, sustainability, and your satisfaction. As our products are custom-made to reduce waste and support eco-conscious practices, we’ve outlined our return and exchange policy below to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives with the incorrect item, we’re here to help.

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Reach Us: Email WowzaWearSales@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

  • Resolution: Based on the issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives with a damaged item, we’re here to help.

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Resolution: Based on the issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

No Returns Or Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Changes of mind or personal preferences.

To ensure the perfect fit:

  • Refer to the detailed sizing charts available on each product page.

  • For additional guidance, contact our support team via WowzaWearSales@gmail.com or the chat with us using the chat widget on our website before placing your order.

Wrong Shipping Address Used

If you order with the wrong address and the item is returned to the sender or delivered to the wrong person, you may be expected to repurchase your item(s) at a discounted rate, as in many cases it is more expensive for us to restock and resend an item than it is to send you a new one. For this reason, we strongly advice that you double check the address you provided us.
